How to access SQL Server through SSMS and through a Website

When you try to access SQL Server through SSMS, you might get this error.
A network-related or instance-specific error occurred while establishing a connection to SQL Server.
This is because you do not have the proper settings set for SSMS to connect with the SQL Server Instance.

SQL Server does not exist, or access denied
This will happen on a website that is trying to connect to the SQL Server Instance without opening the proper Firewall ports.
