Visual studio 2010 - vb.net Lesson #4 - Insert data into Access Database

In this lesson, we are going to perform the following:
Create a Form with 2 input fields
Create an Access Database with 1 table and 3 columns.
Create a connection string to our newly created access database.
Insert data into our access database.
