Visual studio 2010 - vb.net Lesson #3 - Create Cookie, Read and Write to Cookie

In this lesson, we are going to check if a cookie exists, and if it does, add data to it, and then read from that cookie.
We are also going to learn how to delete a cookie from a button click.
